How we hire

First Chat - Video call

If we’re excited by your application, we’ll reach out for a first chat. This is usually a video call. It’s a relaxed conversation where we want to hear more about you and your personal en professional background.

Deep dive interview

If the first chat goes well, we’ll invite you for a deep dive interview. This one’s a bit more detailed, focusing on your experience and skills. You’ll usually be talking to someone from the team or a manager.

Case study or Task

For some roles, we’ll ask you to complete a case study or task. This could be anything from a hands-on assignment to a presentation. We want to see how you think and work.

Your offer

If all goes well and everyone’s excited, we’ll make you an offer! This will include all the details about your new role, salary, and other benefits. We hope you’re as pumped as we are!

FAQ

What we would love to see in your CV

Along with the usual stuff on your CV—like your work experience and education—we’re really interested in hearing about the accomplishments you’re proud of and which skills you’ve mastered over the past few years (instead of just a list of your duties).

Do I need to include a motivation letter?

We definitely appreciate it. But it doesn't have to be a formal letter, just make sure to tell us why you think we are a good fit and think why this role is a perfect fit for you.

I've submitted my application. And now?

Please have a bit of patience. We aim to get back to you within a week. You'll hear from us whether we'de like tot take the next step and get to know you better, if we need more information, or if we've decided not to move forward.

How should I prepare for the first chat?

Be ready to ask your own questions to help yourself better understand if you might be a good fit to each other.

How much time is there between the last interview and receiving an offer?

We aim for a maximum of one week. During that time, we gather all the necessary information, finalize the details, and complete our internal approval process before making the offer.
