HQ

We work on realising our ambitions with a team of 35. We get together in our raw industrtial office/warehouse @ Sloterdijk.

Here, we develop our products and servicees, give demo's, prepare our hardware etc, but it’s also where we blow off steam, celebrate our wins and play an occasional game of table tennis, darts or pool.

Our story so far

2017: The Locker Revolution Begins

Elockers embarked on a mission to revolutionize the way we use lockers. Traditional key-based lockers were not only inconvenient but also unsafe. Keys could easily be lost, causing a lot of hassle. Elockers changed this with their innovative, keyless lockers. No more keys, no more worries.

2019: Staffless, Keyless, and Wireless

Two years later, in 2019, Elockers launched their new motto: "Staffless, Keyless, and Wireless." No more queues at the counter for a locker; visitors could now book their lockers online and go straight to their secured storage. This meant more time to enjoy events without the hassle.

2020: The Birth of Sjef.app

In 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Sjef.app was born. With contact minimization as a priority, Sjef.app introduced a groundbreaking way for guests to order food and drinks via a simple QR code on their table. Ordering and paying had never been safer or easier.

2021: From Web App to Comprehensive Platform

In 2021, Sjef.app transformed from a simple online web app into a comprehensive platform. With new features like kiosks, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management, Sjef.app became an indispensable tool for both the hospitality and events industries. The integration with Elockers made this platform even more powerful.

2022: The Grand Debut

After successful trials at small events, Sjef.app was rolled out at major events like De Amsterdamse Zomer, Chin Chin Festival, Lago Lago, Festival de Zon and Big Rivers in 2022. The response was overwhelmingly positive, proving Sjef.app’s value as a reliable order en payment management platform.

2023: Strong Partnerships and Innovations

The year 2023 marked the partnership between This is Live Group, Elockers, and Sjef.app. This collaboration brought new innovations such as token registration for events and the introduction of Closed Loop, enabling seamless payments using wristbands and cash cards. This partnership significantly enhanced user experience and operational efficiency at events.

2024: The Future of elockers

In 2024, Elockers took the next step with the V6 lock. This new lock made it possible to easily and cost-effectively replace old coin-operated lockers. The result? A sustainable and completely cashless experience for visitors.
